Working to the Jasper’s business model will mean you will make approx 65% gross margin on the products and services you provide.

Where will my franchise operate?

We will work with a specialist mapping company to professionally map your exclusive ‘territory’ - the area in which you will operate. We research each territory thoroughly using clean data to ensure there is a sound customer base for you to target. In corporate catering alone there will be enough potential for you to grow your business and achieve your target earnings. And this is before we factor in the huge opportunities of other services such as sundries, direct desk sales, vending solutions and in-house canteens. You will be able to pursue these opportunities with our help later on.

What will happen in my franchise?

You and your production team will produce buffet-style food, made with fresh ingredients, in your 1600ft kitchens. You will deliver your food in Jasper’s-branded, refrigerated vehicles exclusively to business clients. You will supply lunches to customer meetings, training sessions and other corporate events. All this will keep you busy in a buzzing franchise with no number of customers you cannot cater for!

Your corporate clients will choose from a selection of fantastic and varied menus which change daily and seasonally, from simple sandwiches to Executive and Directors’ menus. Yes we produce sandwiches...but with finger foods, side dishes, savouries, desserts, cakes, fruit on offer we provide so much more.

How will I run my franchise?

It will be essential to use your own management skills, after all you will be managing people. However the core business processes for your Jasper’s franchise will be managed via our award-winning and unique Business Management System (BMS).

Your BMS will create daily production and delivery schedules for you and your team to follow. This means that you can prepare your food fresh every day, using produce from our nominated suppliers which you will deliver to your customers.

Our Business Management System will also give you up to the minute information and history about all your sales leads, prospects and customers, as well as taking care of many other administrative processes. This will leave you free to work ON your catering business – monitoring, refining and growing it to make it more profitable.

How will I get my customers?

After your initial training, you will actively explore your territory and develop new customers with our assistance. We will also provide you with our proven sales and marketing systems. During the first 12 months we will continue to populate your Business Management System with exciting leads and prospects to set you on your way to achieving your full potential. We will also book your appointments for you every week in year one, enabling you to focus on looking after your new customers.

How will my customers order and pay?

It couldn't be easier for your customers place their orders on our bespoke online ordering system. We would love to tell you more about this however it is highly confidential. If your application to own a Jasper’s franchise is successful, we will reveal more at a later stage.

Your customers will be automatically invoiced for the orders they place through the same system. This means that you can concentrate on running your business rather than deal with administration.
