You don’t need to have a background in food or catering to own a Jasper’s franchise but it is an advantage. What’s most important is that you:

Are passionate and driven
Are highly motivated and disciplined
Have a good eye for detail and great presentation
Expect and meet high standards
Enjoy building relationships
Have experience of leading a team
Communicate well with others
Listen and take on board advice.
